Hello, I just purchased a genuine win 8.1 pro 32-bit/64-bit product key from an eBay seller. It was a pretty sweet deal ($52) w/ a $15 eBay coupon.

Anyways, the seller agreed to mailing me a burned DVD copy of both 32-bit and 64-bit copies with the product key.
But I need this ASAP since I am currently done building my new PC. He gave me a link of downloading both iso files on a public Google drive folder. The link, however, does not work. I don't really feel like waiting till next week till I get it in the mail. I need this machine up and running! Does anyone know where I can download the full win 8.1 pro 32/64 bit iso file(s)? I'm not talking about the 'upgrade iso versions' that is available on Microsoft's website- obviously my my PC doesn't have any OS installed.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Update: I found the tutorial. http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/18309-windows-8-windows-8-1-iso-download-create.html
So, If I do option 2. And I am currently on a Win 64-bit computer-- so this does mean that I am downloading a win 8.1 pro 64-bit iso file? Just making sure.

First... Buying a key from ebay is almost always an MSDN/Technet key, and will be blocked by MS sooner or later .. consider yourself warned...
Second... Yes, using option 2 will be a win 8.1 pro 64-bit iso.

Good Luck ;)

In addition, if Tews is correct, that MSDN/Technet key won't work with a retail ISO. You may just have to wait for that disc to arrive (from the EBAY seller) if all else fails. And, your installation may be short-lived (as also stated by Tews).

There was a flood of users that bought E-Bay keys (cheap) in the past. After a short while Microsoft figured it out and blocked the keys from being able to activate. They black listed the keys for that MSDN/TechNet account as your not allowed to resell them. The people that bought those keys were SOL. My TechNet keys are listed as Retail keys so they should work with a Retail DVD. As far as I know the TechNet ISO is the same as the Retail DVD, there is nothing special about it. Don't be surprised if your key gets blacklisted of won't even activate at all the first time you use it.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is! That's what it means.
