upgraded to windows 8.1, how to delete windows VISTA?

    so are you saying that I was suppose to go on vista first, and then install windows 8 on that? This was how i did it: created a partition and installed windows 8 on it via boot on usb.

    Well, if you were trying to dual boot, what you did was fine. It's fine on what you did, but the way I showed will save you time later on.

    Well, if you were trying to dual boot, what you did was fine. It's fine on what you did, but the way I showed will save you time later on.
    Ya i did dual boot because I didn't know how my niece and nephew would react to windows 8 and how the old laptop would handle it.

    Ah, ok. then you did it right. Does your niece and nephew like it? Did it run OK? But I would like to add, why did you go with enterprise?

    So far it's running OK, everything is running fine AFAIK but it lost Intel's version of amd CCC since there's no version for windows 8, only 7. I installed enterprise because that was the only one my relative gave to me.

    The only thing I'm worry about is that it is the 64 bit version and the laptop only has 3 gb. So Idk how negatively the it would affect performance.

    Their initial impression was "cool".
