Hi All,
I was setting up a brand new Dell Tower and was getting updates and installing my programs. On the last reboot the log on screen went to "Other User" and is asking for a password. I have never set a password on this machine and never set up another account and I'm stuck. I can't boot into safe mode and while trying to refresh the OS it tells me the drive is locked.
I hope someone can help.
