Downloading and installing Windows 8 OEM

Hello all, this is my first post :)
I got a Laptop pre-installed with Windows 8, but i deleted it and installed a Linux distro because its better for what i do. BUT i love gaming, and gaming on Linux is a royal pain. So i want to re-install Wondows 8.
My question is this: Where can i download Windows 8 64bit legally? I know how to burn to disk and install with the key saved on my Laptop. Anyone? :rolleyes:

Did you create the recovery disc before installing Linux?
