File version and file timestamps are the same, yes; but sizes are different: Winload~1 = 496 Kb, Winload = 485 Kb. Yes, Assinaturas digitais/digital signature is missing on Winload.exe...

@dalton I did the renaming of the winload~1.exe to winload.exe and it worked ! Now should i be satisfied with this working or should i wait for some stable solution.I wan't a good stable solution that won't do any harm to my windows 7 in future.

windows 8 is beta - so probably you'll encounter some errors in the future, as for the renaming winload~1.exe that's working for me and still stable so far
    I dont experience other problems.

I also use the Windows 7 Classic Boot menu than using Windows 8 Metro Boot menu..

@netbox I'm also using the Windows 7 Classic Boot menu (black one).I'm afraid that I haven't done any thing unstable by renaming the file.

    Here's what I did..

Go to your Windows 7 windows directory > system32 (\Windows\System32\)
look for winload.exe, rename it to any name you want...

now look for winload~1.exe, rename it to winload.exe then restart your PC
choose Windows 7 from the Windows 8 Boot Menu and enjoy
Simple as that no other tools needed though you'll need to take permission on winload.exe to rename it...
This worked for me, thanks for the solution. However, do the renamed settings need to remain once Windows 8 is installed or does the problem return if they are changed back?

Update - I discovered the answer myself and that is no, the settings must remain. Also, if you have a Z68 motherboard using Intel Rapid Storage Technology for faster boot times, Windows 8 won't load. Therefore disc acceleration needs to remain disabled to maintain dual boot functionality.

Insert a Windows 7 Install or a Windows 7 Repair disk
If you don't have a DVD drive then you can use a flash drive (see 'Method 2')
Restart and press any key to boot from the disk when prompted

If you are not prompted then you need to set your computer to boot from the DVD or flash drive
or Choose your language and keyboard settings and click "Next"
If using an install disk, choose "Repair your computer"
After searching your computer select your Windows installation

Take note of the drive letter since it is probably not what you expect

Click "Next >" and continue with step 6 below

If stuck forever in the Windows Recovery Environment:
Press "Cancel" right away (while it is still scanning)
Click "Yes" on the warning that pops up
Click "View advanced options for system recovery and support"
Select your keyboard types and click "Next >"
Select an administrator (not "HomeGroupUser$") and enter the password

Click "Ok" and continue with step 6 below

On the recovery tools page tale note of the drive letter being used by the recovery system

Click "Command Prompt" (the last option)
Enter the following commands (you may need to adjust the drive letter): *

    cd \Windows\System32
    del winload.exe
    copy "winload~1.exe" winload.exe
