Hello, Luffy here.

As you've probably noticed, i'm new and i need help.
I really want to dual boot Win8.1 with Kali Linux. ~ 64 bit.

I'm having a lot of doubts about it. A lot of people write that their Win8.1 system got, excuse my language, ****ed up. They say it's because of OEM/UEFI & so forth.

I'm unfortunately not so experienced with dual booting so i wouldn't really know what to do. Could anyone please help me clarify all of this? What's the problem with Win8.1 & Linux, what do i need to do in order to install it succesfully without errors?

Thanks in advance to everyone.

paste from another tutorial ,

To create a Hyper-V client, you must have a 64-bit version of Windows 8 Pro or Windows 8 Enterprise with a 64-bit CPU that supports SLAT (Second Level Address Translation). You’ll also need at least 4GB of RAM. Hyper-V does support creation of both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems in the VMs.
