Transfer Windows 8 Pro Upgrade Liscence

About 9 Months ago, I bought a Windows 8 laptop from Toshiba. I decided that I wanted Windows 8 Pro, so I bought a Retail Upgrade. I upgraded, and it is running Windows 8 Pro to this day. But I am getting a desktop (Dell Inspiron 518 with Upgraded RAM and CPU) and I want Windows 8 Pro on it. It currently has Windows Vista SP2 on it.

Is there any possible way to transfer my Windows 8 Pro upgrade license to it?

NOTE: The Inspiron that I a getting has BIOS, not UEFI.

You will need to reinstall the Toshiba Pre-Install Windows 8.

Have you made the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD. (Windows 8 only)
Recovery Drive - Create with USB Flash Drive in Windows 8
System Repair Disc - Create in Windows 8 (Windows 8 only)

I would recommend you making the OEM manufacturer's Recovery DVD's or USB drive.
You can order the Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from the OEM manufacturer's website.

I still have the Recovery Partition that came with my computer, so I will use that. (The Partition that comes with the computer, and allows you to reset your computer completely.)

Solved Transfer Upgrade to Another Computer? in Installation & Setup
Maybe a dumb question: I have a Win7 desktop and may buy a Win7 laptop. With the latter purchase, I could get the Win8 upgrade for $14.99. Would it have to be installed on the laptop, or could I run it on the desktop (which I'd rather do)? Thanks.
