I have a new system no operating system, blank HDD etc. I downloaded Windows Developer Preview 64 bit, burned it with FreeISOBurner onto a DVD+RW. During the installation process it got as far as expanding the files, when the installation stopped with a message saying that it could not find some files. It then went on to say that it would remove the application. Now when I turn on the computer all I get is the message that the BOOTMGR is missing. I have reset the CMOS, loaded the Optimtzed Defaults for the motherboard and I still get the same message. I need help.

BOOTMGR is part of the OS.

Try to burn the image to a DVD-R, 'cuz sometimes DVD+RWs have this problem. :)

Thanks vrosa for your answer unfortuantely did not help. I solved the problem quite simply, after lying in bed trying to get to sleep. I changed the boot order so that boot from DVD was the first option and hey presto success. I have also changed to the consumer version.
