Solved All Metro Apps open Windows Store instead of app itself?

Very strange behavior, would like to know how I can fix it.
When I click any Metro application, either on Metro screen or Search > Apps, all I get is Windows Store. This started a few days ago, seemingly by itself (nothing new installed, no new updates, nothing). This very effectively makes all Metro application unusable.
Sfc /scannow finds no faults.
See the video; I'm trying to launch various Metro apps both from Metro desktop or Search > Apps. No matter what application I click, it does not start but instead opens Windows Store. At 00:06 on video you can see how when clicking alarm, the splash screen of Alarm flashes fast but goes then away and Windows Store opens.

P.S. If (when?) this will be resolved, I still would like to fix
this small annoyance...

I did not mark it solved?
Works partly. Metro apps work on new user accounts, but not on my original account even after refresh.

No difference how I launch Metro apps, I always get the Store.
What do you mean, which program on my desktop?
