    ok, no problem..

    reagentc / info

    see where it says windowsre location - copy that info into a txt file

    \\globalroot yad yad

    then replace

    c:\Windows\System32\Reagentc /Setreimage /Path \\globalroot yada yada /Target c:\Windows

    but change the partition to 1 and not 4

    hope you understand

    ? because the oem created a dynamic disk partition

    what are you really wanting to do with the PC?

    return to factory 8
    or clean install windows 8.1

    you do realize you will be forced to upgrade to 8.1

    because 8 support is dead

    You can copy that Install.wim to a ntfs formatted usb - that is the factory file

    rem== 2. System Partition =======================
    create partition efi size=260
    rem ***NOTE: For 4KB-per-sector drives, change
    rem this value to size=260.***
    format quick fs=fat32 label="System"
    assign letter="S"
    rem== 3. Microsoft Reserved (MSR) Partition ====
    create partition msr size=128
    rem== 4. Windows Partition ======================
    rem== a. Create Windows Partition ===========
    create partition primary size=153600
    rem== b. Create space for recovery partition
    rem shrink minimum=15000
    rem== c. Prepare the Windows partition
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Windows"
    assign letter="W"
    rem== 5. Data Partition ======================
    create partition primary
    shrink minimum=17408
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Data"
    assign letter="Q"
    rem== 6. Recovery Image Partition ==============
    create partition primary
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Recovery image"
    set id=de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac
    assign letter="R"
    exit

    i think this could help greatly...

    Save that file - that is the

    partition reset txt file (1 of 3 files needed)

    Install.wim is 2 of 3

    and resetconfig.xml is 3 of 3

    open resetconfig with notepad
