Hello Bahmn

Is there a reason you wish to use Windows 8.1 Enterprise? There is no reason why a Home User should want this, Windows Enterprise is a version for companies.

Please do read above link, it will explain why your question is weird. And the question is Yes you can with Volume Licensing.

Hello Banhm,

You will keep all your files when you upgrade, and all program activations, your Windows 8.1 Pro MC License will be valid if you ever choose to downgrade again as well.

You can upgrade to Windows 8.1 Enterprise with Volume Licensing. Microsoft Volume Licensing Home Page Please also read this, the Windows Product Guide it will explain all the differences and what is what Download Download Windows 8.1 Product Guide from Official Microsoft Download Center

The part about Skype, I don't understand what your asking there.

Hopefully this helps you further.

I didn't think you could actually upgrade from Pro to Enterprise but according to this it seems its doable. Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 Upgrade Paths
If read that right though you can go to 8.1 Enterprise from 8.1 Pro or 8 Pro + MC, but 8.1 Pro + MC isn't listed?
