Solved Reinstalled OS: No longer detecting drives properly

Hi there everyone!

I was prompted by my OS last week to install 8.1 because it was gonna be "great!" so I did and on reboot, was greeted with a bsod. My computer dude said that it was time for a reinstall, so that's what I did during the course of the day. It's a fresh install, fully updated (8.1). I have three drives attached; two 500 GB disks and a 250GB. The computer is seeing one of the 500GB and the 250GB disks properly, but the other 500GB is only showing one partition it seems. It's labeled system reserve and is 350MB in size.

My virtual machines are housed on the other partition and I could really use them. How do I get the Windows install to allow me access to the whole drive?

I've attached a screenie of disk management, I would really like System Reserve to disappear from explorer view and Local_Storage to instead have the drive letter of D. Is there a way that I can do this?
