    If you ae loading it in to your W7 so you can run both as a dual Boot make sure you make a partition
    on your HDD , so it will run on its own from w7.
    You got to run it on on a clean HDD and make sure your ISO is not corrupt, maybe do another clean ISO of WDP.
    I have load WDP on a 512Ram and a 60g loptop hd and it runs.

    The more info about your hardware you post the better it will be for anyone here to help you.

    Hi.

    I got it to work in the end, I just re-jigged the HDD order and it worked.

    I got worried thinking I'd lost the ability to boot into Windows 7 but all was well, I never expected a new bootloader, well it's not really a bootloader is it, you have to boot into Windows 8, click Windows 7 on the "bootloader", then it restarts and goes into Windows 7 normally.

    I'm not sure how I'll get back into Windows 8 I've not rebooted to find out yet.

    You see a dual Boot menu everytime you turn on your system and
    you just choose what system to run w7 or WDP that is all :}

    Dual boot is like this:

    When you click on Windows 7, the computer restarts from the beginning, then it loads into Windows 7 as normal from a total restart, you see the bios screen and everything.
