    NO.

    When you make a Windows to Go or install Ubuntu, you will have a boot device listing in the UEFI/BIOS firmware until you fully clear the BIOS by removing the battery.

    It is odd that Paragon 12 has a bigger problem with Windows 8.1, than SSR Desktop Edition has.

    Looks like all Back up software needs to be tested.

    I just wish Paragon would get an update for the Backup and Restore product that I own. I don't have the HDM suite, so it's still not good yet for me.

    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to take a few seconds to report that I purchased a 3 pack license for Paragon Backup and Restore 14 and this has resolved all restore issues that I had under Windows 8.1. I no longer have to manually correct the blue screen 34 error and then run bootrec /rebuildbcd after laying back down a Windows 8.1 image.

    I got my 3 pack license for Paragon for $35....based on how well the software works for me, this is a steal.
