As you DO NOT HAVE UEFI firmware, you need to install using a LEGACY USB Pen Drive, as HP have told you.

Who told you that you have UEFI?

So if i use it to burn the iso on USB with file system FAT32 and not DVD and then boot from it i won't see the option to install with UEFI? Why he will tell me that if i boot from DVD UEFI will not work and from USB will work.
