Unable to Connect to Store

Hi, I've been trying on and off all week to update to 8.1, but the store won't connect. I just realized that none of the other Metro Apps have any internet either.

I've tried turning off the firewall and changing my Internet Explorer LAN settings (I dunno, someone online said it would work), and I've got nothing. Any advice?

@Archer: I tried that, but upon trying to switch from my regular account to a Microsoft account, I get this message:

@HippsieGypsie: I tried that App Troubleshooter earlier and couldn't get anything to change. I'll try some of those other ones in a bit.

@Theog: I installed the update, but I have yet to get any notifications. Is there any way to prompt the update to appear?
