None.
I just installed 8.1 Pro with Media Center from the Store link.
Everything went smoothly.
I did not lose ANY files, pictures, or installed programs.
I had to update 5 drivers & got 2 Windows Updates.
My 8 Pro product key is the same in 8.1 Pro.
I used my Microsoft account info to do the install.
Things are a little slow because it is just getting broken in.
My Start button was still there from Classic Shell too.
My font sizes for icons & stuff had to be reset.
I'm going to run 8.1 for a few weeks to see how it does.
If I am not happy with it, I have a Macrium image of 8 so I can easily revert if I want to.
From my experience installing 8.1 I really don't understand why so many people have so many problems with it.
