Cant install Windows 8 on a blank SSD

OK, I have an Avatar Pitbull Gaming Computer. I have a blank ssd and i have the WIM file and WINPE on a flash drive trying to install from the flash drive. When I boot to the flash drive i get a black screen that says operating system loading??? There is no operating system so im at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.

As the new MOBO's now have a uEFI/BIOS firmware.

You can use the DVD.

Use the DVD? the dvd will not work i keep getting missing file errors when trying to install from the disk thats why Microsoft suggested wiping the ssd and starting over. Which I did. Then they sent me the wim file and Winpe saying to put winpe on the flash drive then insert the utf8.wim file into the images folder which i did. BUt now when i boot from that usb drive i get the lodaing operating system and it just sticks there??

Ask Microsoft to replace the DVD.
