Solved Windows 8.1 won't install

Tried numerous times to install the update but keeps hanging when at "Applying PC Settings". It usually stops at around 84%, eventually the screen will go black only showing the cursor then finally it shows the bsod. The bsod says: driver power state failure
Not sure what driver is the issue! Here is my dmp file if that helps!

Literally just made an account to thank you for telling me this! I've been having the SAME exact problem all day +yesterday. Was at my wit's end.
