Option to Select Specific Time Zone During Installation?

    Hey all,

I have done several Win 8, Win 8.1 Preview, and Win 8 RTM clean installs recently and I always seem to end up with a Pacific Time Zone by default. Now, that tells me I am either missing that option on a consistent basis or MS didn't include it. Just curious to see if anyone else can confirm this as an issue or possibly confirm that I did, in fact, miss it.

    Thanks,

    I found these:
if you use a Microsoft Account to logon, and allow it to use your location, it will set it correctly automatically. Of course, Windows Server products have not been giving this option during setup since Server 2008 R2.

If you use a local account, the install should allow you to select the time zone. Bad design on Microsoft's part I'd say.
