Removing Setup from the MBR

Good morning, I was casually wondering how to remove the failed Windows Setup that shows up on the Boot screen along with the still functional Windows 7 Ultimate. Funny that the Setup didn't move past the first Reset screen, yet shows up above Windows 7 and, if ya don't arrow down within ONE second, it'll take ya to the infamous Black screen that won't even respond to Alt/Ctrl/Del. Don't wanna reinstall W7 from scratch. How to do this ??

win key + r, type msconfig <enter> when you are in 7 to start system configuration. Go to the boot tab and delete the boot option you don't want. Then (assuming 7 is the only boot option left) it will start up as it did previously straight into 7.

EDIT - Oops, same answer, I was too slow :)
