    Window 8/8.1 upgrade slipstream install?

Is it at all possible to slipstream Win7 to Win8 and Win8.1?

I have a Win7 Ultimate, upgrade to Win8 Pro, then I'll upgrade to Win8.1 through Windows Store. Can this be slipstreamed to make reformatting easier?
