W8 starts with Alt+Caps activated, showing odd symbols
I always knew that by pressing Alt+Caps on the keyboard, I got other symbols when I pressed Caps plus a key, I mean: the symbols you see above the keys that have more than one symbol, such as the upper row of numbers.
Now I'm getting these when I start Windows, so I have to press alt+caps each time I start Windows and so get the "default" symbols.
