Windows 8.1 Preview Licence - use in VM?

I'm trying to find the official Microsoft licence agreement for Windows 8.1 Preview - does anyone have a link?

I want to use Windows 8.1 Preview in a VM on a Windows 7 PC.

Normally for the full version of Windows 8, and I guess Windows 8.1 when the full version arrives, you'd need a separate licence for the VM installation. But does this apply to the preview version as well?

I'm trying to find a definitive link on the Microsoft website...

Not sure why you ask... this is a free to all evaluation version with a universal key...

Yes everyone uses the same key on the 8.1 Preview. It will expire one 15 january 2014.

For the RTM you will need a separate license for the VM.

Well that was my hope... but I was looking for those words (or something like it) on the Microsoft website to confirm it.

Edit: just saw Hopachi's response too. I know there's a single key which is public , but that doesn't mean there aren't licensing restrictions on who can use the Preview, or what they can use it for.

This is a quote for Windows 8.0, but would be the same for Windows 8.1 Preview.

If you want to build your own PC and install Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro, or want an additional operating system running in either a local virtual machine or separate partition (including a Mac), you can purchase the Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro System Builder products (OEM versions). If available in your country or region, Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro System Builder products can be purchased at participating stores, you'll need to ask a sales rep for more info. This version doesn't include customer support.

    OK I found it:

How can I use the software?
We do not sell our software or your copy of it we only license it. Under our license, we grant you the right to install and test any number of copies of the software on your premises up to January 15, 2014. You have no right to use the software after this expiration date. Starting from the expiration date, you may not be able to access any unsaved data used with the software.
