I too need help with the re-installation of Windows 8

When I purchased my PC it came with Windows 7 and I upgraded to Windows 8 when they were offering that $30 deal. After some time I grew dissatisfied with the original concept of Windows 8, so I decided to re-install Windows 7 using the CD my computer came with (When I first purchased it). I did a "clean" install by deleting the partitions and I've encountered some issues like about 7 software updates being labeled as "failed". Besides that, it worked fine.

It's been a few months, and yesterday I said "why not" and gave Windows 8 a try, since Windows 8.1. is near anyway to fix earlier issues I had with the OS. I did a "clean" re-install of Windows 8 (Upgrade from Windows 7) and again I encountered all 50+ Windows software updates as "failed". I did some restarting and some newer updates installed. I did this back and forth (Update & restart). I didn't realize it until way later that all those "failed" updates repeated in my Windows update history list where it says "Success" too. I'm assuming that's fine since they appeared in my "installed updates" list. So I guess it's all good for the exception of 4

Microsoft - Keyboard - Microsoft Hardward USB Keyboard
PXI - Pointing Drawing - HID - compliand device
Security Update for Windows 8 for x64-based Systems (KB2808735)
Update for Windows 8 for x64-based Systems (KB2771431)

Error Code 80248007

I try to manually download it and it says it's not applicable toward my computer.
So did my installation go as planned or what? I didn't have this issue when i first updated to windows 8 on my first installation. Besides these software updates, everything seems to be running smoothly but it'll bug me if I can't have it all 100 percent.

How do I fix this - if at all even possible?
