Windows 8 to Windows 7 - Where I am going wrong?

First I guess I made the mistake and attempted in install windows 7 onto a windows 8 pc before disabling the driver security. So now everytime my PC starts it gives me an option of windows startup - which fails or windows 8. First I would like to figure out if there is a way to remove this option if I am unable to install 7, I don't need it to keep asking.

Second I attempted to disable the driver utility option but it just won't let me, it just keeps restarting when I attempt to restart advance settings under troubleshooting. I though maybe once I get in here I can disable the option for driver change security and install windows 7.

I really just want windows 7, please help me and let me know what in the world I am doing wrong.

Thanks.

Warning you must have the uEFI/BIOS firmware setting in Step Three set.

2) If Using a USB Pendrive on a PC with a uEFI BIOS.

Take note of Step 11 for Windows 7.
Also you will need to use a USB 2.0 port, as there are no USB 3.0 drivers in Windows 7.
