Solved Windows 8 x64 Pro Re-install with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello. I recently bought this net-book: Acer | Aspire One | AO725-0600 | Overview (the specs are in my description) .I got it for my dad, but since he is a complete stranger to Windows 8, I figured I COULD install Windows 7 with no problem, (windows 7 x64 by the way). But ohh I was wrong, so wrong; extreme lag? check, random BSODs?, check, windows updates with random errors?, check, and a series of scary things. So well, I decided to RE-INSTALL windows 8 which was pretty logic since the net-book had that system from the beginning, but again I was wrong. Everything went smooth, and then BANG!, the net-book restarted to complete the install process, and then an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error stops me dead from using my net-book ever again.

1. I read that this was supposed to be a driver or a program issue, but I deleted all partitions, and gave the HDD format, cleaning EVERYTHING inside, so I'm very confused.
2. I ran a memory test with memtest86+ and one with the Windows Diagnostic with 0 errors, as well chkdks just to be sure, everything fine with my HDD.
3. After a few tries, it gives me the Error code: 0xc0000001, and when I run an Automatic Repair I check the SrtTrail.txt and there's nothing, just Error codes=0x0, at the end says: "Root cause found: Failure while setup is in progress" which is obvious because I can't even complete it.
4. So as a last resort I use Restart you PC>Windows 8>Only the drive where Windows is installed>Just remove my files, and it completed, then it rebooted back to the Windows 8 start screen, then it went to "Getting devices ready", it hit 100%, then restarted, and then the error code strikes again.
5. I really forgot to use the clean UEFI Installation so I made a bootable USB drive with Rufus, (previously I just used the Windows DVD to USB Download Tool) but still the song remains the same (the BIOS settings I changed before where: "SATA Mode=SATA, now is AHCI Mode", "Boot Mode=Legacy BIOS, now is UEFI", I changed this because they where incompatible with Win7 but I loaded default setup now).
6. In one of my tries, the IRQL error changed to a DCP_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION??, in other it popped out KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE??, the PC restarted but in both times the IRQL error came back.

So I humbly ask if anyone could give me a piece of advice as to how to continue, I'm practically scratching my head now like a monkey. As I stated, the installation isn't finished, so I can't boot in safe mode because Windows tells me that "Windows cannot complete installation in Safe Mode. To continue installing Windows, restart the computer", and we go again. I really appreciate any reply in advance.

Unplug any peripherals that you might have plugged in. External hard drive, mouse, keyboard, speakers, network, etc.

Aside from a hardware issue, Windows 8 should just reload just fine. Check in your BIOS to see if you can find a "return to factory settings" option and then try to install Windows 8 again.

Thanks parks for the fast reply. Well, in fact I had previously did a run with 0 devices connected, it switched from IRQL to DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Then it restarted and ANOTHER error code came now: "system thread exception not handled" :S, I'm even more confused, our system has been shocked. Got any other idea I could try?, I made a Win 7 x64 bootable with Rufus to see if the UEFI thing could work this time but, I can't even boot, it says that the file BCD couldn't be read, so I'm stuck completely with 8 it seems. Anyway, thanks again for the help. (by the way, I loaded "Setup default" in BIOS)

EDIT: I don't understand, I can open the File Explorer from the Command Promt with the bootable USB drive, and there is not even a folder called "Drivers" :S, not even one called Minidump in C:\Windows, are they on other place?

Just for the sake of trying, I installed another version of Windows 8, but the IRQL error still pops out, I wonder how the OS came installed in this netbook in the first place and now that I want to re-install it just spits me errors like these?.

Hey theog, thank you very much. But I didn't get it, you mean I need to delete all partitions, then install it without format?, or there are some instructions missing?.

If you use the Drive Option NEW , this will make the first 4 partitions need. (See screenshot above)

Oh yeah, I did that, in fact my setting is exactly like that, 3 system partitions, 1 partition where Win8 goes and a 5th one in blank that I will use as a backup for files. I installed several times Win 8 in that particular order, and the installation goes just fine, the files, the updates, all in the list of the installation completes without errors, but as soon as the netbook restarts and gets to the "Getting devices ready" and hits 100% and then restarts again, that's when everything goes horribly down, every time with the same IRQL error. That prevents me from even starting the system and deploying more diagnostic tools like analyzing Blue screen minidumps or trying to uninstall the "supposed" conflicting driver.
