Hi SIW2, I have a problem. I removed all the programs I can think of (Spybot and Dropbox) but I still can't see the kdir.txt file. I put kd.cmd on my desktop and it's nowehere to be found there. I also looked into the original zip folder of kd that you gave me, and it's not in there either. What should I do?

search for it in the start search box.

A simple little cmd is turning into an epic saga. We might have to serialise the thread.

    Sorry about that ....

I searched for kdir.txt in the start search box, nowhere to be found.

Is this a helpless case? I hope not...
