Hello guys, I'm new to the forum. Tonight I installed and ran tune up utilities 2012 on my windows 8 pc as I had it in my old windows 7 pc. It suggested a reboot after running a scan and now its stuck on 27%.. Its been an hour now and I'm getting worried since I have work in my pc.. The laptop is new and did not come with a windows 8 cd so formating isn't an option.. Please help!!

You can order OEM Recovery disks from your OEM manufacturer's website.
Most OEM's will ship Recovery DVD's for FREE, (may be a postage fee)

Thanx for the info on the OEM mate, much appreciated. I left the pc over night and it finally finished the scanning and repairing. I'm glad that it sorted it self out. I have removed Tune Up Utilities (don't wanna go through that again hehe). Again, thanx for the info and I greatly appreciate it.
