Solved Clean install help please.

Hi, i am currently running Windows 8 on this laptop which was installed from online as i had an upgrade code from Windows 7. I have just purchased a new laptop and wish to give this to my brother. I would like to perform a format and clean install of Windows 8 so that the laptop is as new when he receives it.

Considering i do not have a disk or a Windows 8 install on a drive etc.. How would i go about doing this?
