Is it Possible to create a Windows 8 Disc?....

    Hello,
    I have a HP Envy DV6-7250CA laptop.
It comes with Windows 8 Home Ed. It also comes with preinstalled apps, etc. I create the HP Recovery discs.
But when I reinstall, it still has all the preloaded apps.

I was wondering, if is it possible to extract Windows 8 onto an ISO, and then with that disc, and my laptop windows 8 serial number, am i able to delete all the partitions, including hp recovery, etc, the uefi, etc. and start a complete clean and fresh install of windows 8 with no preloaded apps.

    Thanks.

Not really. It may be possible - but would be complicated, and I would have to have the machine in front of me to work it out.

It is best for you to get a clean installation iso.

But how? Can I just download it from Microsoft, and use the windows 8 product key thats glued on the back of my laptop?

It comes with Windows 8 Home Ed
I am surprised HP supplied a key for 8. Normally it is in the bios on pre installed machines.

    You could google for it

I am sure plenty of others want to do a clean install without oem crapware. You will still get the MS crapware even with a clean install iso. You can uninstall the useless stuff.

Oh sorry, i just looked on back of laptop, no sticker. I just assumed the product key was glued on the back of the laptop due to my older laptops have windows 7 stickers on the back with the key. My bad.
    Thanks for the info.

That just shows me torrent results. I dont want any of that, I mean why would I? I just paid for windows 8, even though the computer company is cheap and didnt give me a physical copy of windows disc. I should be able to make my own from the copy of windows installed on my system. This should be obvious to the company that made this laptop, that I would want a fresh install of windows, without any preloaded apps that come with it. I mean how a company not consider my feelings, I bought a laptop, it came preinstalled with alot of crap that slows my computer down like crazy right from the box. I create my Recovery discs, and pop them in. And to my surprise, when I reinstalled, all the preloaded apps were still loaded back on, WHILE THERE WAS NO!! OPTION TO SAY "NO, I DO NOT WANT ANY PRELOADED APPS". So now I have to go and individually remove all the preloaded apps again, to get a clean, well somewhat clean copy of windows. Now say a little while later, my computer crashes or whatever, So now i have to go through that hole process again? Thats just ridiculous.
    Am I missing something here?

Using System Recovery, Factory Reset and Minimized Image Recovery Options | HP Support

found the minimized system recovery option:

"Minimized Image Recovery does the following:
    • Re-installs the original operating system.

    • Re-installs all original hardware drivers.

    • Re-installs HP essential software (i.e., HP Support Assistant, HP Recovery Manager, etc.).

    • Does not install trial applications or trial games.

If there are customer-created partitions on the hard drive, the HP Recovery Manager prompts you for permission to remove them or leave them intact."

That's as close as you are going to get with what you have on hand. There are no official download links for Windows 8 from Microsoft other than MSDN or TechNet, and you need a subscription for those. You will see ISO downloads on bit torrent advertised as untouched MSDN version etc. The only way to be sure is to check the MD5 hash after you download it against what Microsoft lists on TechNet. Or copy a disk from somebody you know that actually bought one.
