Can't boot from USB

I used the MS USB/DVD tool to transer the x64 (w/o dev tools) to a bootable USB, and it sucessfully did so.

But when I wen't to boot from it, my screen just flashed, then went to the same page on the BIOS.

I've booted from a USB before, but it isn't working for some reason now.
