Can't boot from USB

I used the MS USB/DVD tool to transer the x64 (w/o dev tools) to a bootable USB, and it sucessfully did so.

But when I wen't to boot from it, my screen just flashed, then went to the same page on the BIOS.

I've booted from a USB before, but it isn't working for some reason now.

i used this progam and it work very well . Download Universal USB Installer 1.8.6.3 Free - Easily run Linux from a portable USB device - Softpedia . only thing is to make sure after you set the iso path and set the drive letter you'll see a box to format the drive .you need to do that at this point or it will not be bootable.
