Hi, My name is sanjay. I tried to install the Windows 8 Pro upgrade but it produced
the I/O Error 0xc00000e9. So please help me. Do needful.

I/O Error shows that Windows was unable to establish a reliable connection to the System's hardware.
Do you have any USB device connected/any External hardware connected?
If not you may have to clean reinstall your windows installation.

Hello there, Thank for your quick response. I have already tried to reinstall window 7 & window 8 also. But its hang after copy the files from window's cd and window's logo prompt. So please check and look on this matter as well.

I agree with this assessment as being the likely issue: "I/O Error shows that Windows was unable to establish a reliable connection to the System's hardware." We don't know anything about your computer. If a desktop try opening the case and seeing if everything is properly seated--although I don't know why something might suddenly not be seated. Is it a laptop? Did you drop it? You may have a failed HDD.

I agree with you, check the cables on your computer, make sure it's properly seated.
