Yesterday I bought a windows key but I downloaded the 32 bit version of windows 8. I have now the iso. file of windows 8 64 bit, but can I use the same key?

The product key number is good for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, but you can of course only have one activated at the same time.
You would need to do a clean install to the 64-bit though.
