    Error while windows8 formatting

Hi everyone and firstly I apologize for such an bad english but it is not my native language. Now,I want to clear format my pc and install windows 8 but i got an error just after I pressed a key to start booting. The message said that"
There was a problem with a device connected to your Pc.An unexpected I/O error has occurred
    Error code:Oxc00000e9
This problem can happen when a removable strorage device is removed while it's in use or is failing.Properly connecting removable storage and restarting your PC may fix this problem"

Now i want to say something about my current OS and what i did until now. Windows 7 and Ubuntu OS are currently installed in my Laptop and since i'm a student at university i downloaded the windows 8 from the official windows webpage www.dreamspark.com.I burn a DVD and i did it with a speed of x3 but my problem still continue. So is there anyone who can help me ? Thanks a lot.
