2)how do i download the 64 bit version of the upgrade cause right now im using an hp mini 210-1000 netbook which is 32 bit
3) can i download the upgrade to my netbook, make a bootable usb and install windows 8 on my newly built custom pc?

Hi TittleTattle, welcome to Eightforums.

I hope I can help you with your questions.

1 ==> Sorry, I have no experience with EUFI. Perhaps this Wiki can help? Unified Extensible Firmware Interface - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

2 ==> You cannot upgrade from a 32bit to a 64bit Windows. If you have a 32bit version of XP, Vista or 7 you can buy an upgrade to the 32bit Windows 8, not the 64bit Windows 8. See also this tutorial: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/18309-windows-8-upgrade-iso-download-create.html

3 ==> See this turorial: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/13375-clean-install-windows-8-upgrade.html
Remember! Once you've installed the upgrade Windows 8 you may not continue using the old XP, Vista or 7 installation! So you have to terminate the installation on your netbook.

Good luck, have fun and I hope this answer helped you out.

Welcome to EightForums.

You will need a full version of Windows 7 to upgrade from.

You can do a clean install, but you need to delete the Windows 7 install.
