Upgrading to Win 8 Pro failed

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit,i choose upgrade in the installation process of Windows 8 Pro 64 bit,at the end my computer restart 2 times, showing an error with sad smile "" after that it restart again and says that upgrading failed and it revert back to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit...

Today i used Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant (Windows8-UpgradeAssistant.exe) ,it found 4 incompatible programs, are they the cause of fail upgrade?

Although during the upgrade the Windows 8 Setup didn't found any incompatible programs..

    Welcome to EightForums.

Have you tried a clean install.

Upgrade to Windows 8 with only a product key - Microsoft Windows

(Windows 8 Setup checks that your PC meets all system requirements before it installs Windows 8.)

Have your product key handy. You can find it in your online order information, in the confirmation email for your purchase, or on the packaging. The product key will look something like this:
    XXXXX- XXXXX- XXXXX- XXXXX- XXXXX

Make a backup of everything you want to keep. Save it somewhere you can get to it later, like an external drive or a DVD.

Always better to do a clean install.

The first three are informational only.

Windows 8 doesn't include support for commercial DVDs, unlike Win7. (The function can be added by acquiring the Windows Media Center upgrade, free through the end of the month for Win8 Pro owners.)

    Win8 doesn't support gadgets.

Secure Boot requires support in the BIOS (UEFI). It's not need to install Win8.

You may have to uninstall FRAPS, although I imagine that the update installation would have detected a problem if one existed. I agree that a clean install is best, even though it's more work.

Get to the point where you can create an ISO. See step 19 in this tutorial and the tutorial in general. Try creating an ISO, creating an install medium later, and installing later.

The Setup files are already in a USB.

Yes, I know. I would get an ISO using the indicated procedure. Try starting over using it; creating install medium, etc. You can create an ISO from the setup files also, but that's not what I have in mind. I am trying to get you to the point where things go south--hoping they will go better taking another approach. Might not work.

Where did you get it? Maybe that's your problem.
