Upgrade Win 8 OEM to Win 8 Pro + MS Office

I'd like to upgrade my Laptop (Asus X401a) with pre installed Win8 (OEM) to Win8 Pro
    What am wondering is that:
There seems to be UEFI bios in use

Will this present problems with "Upgrade Win8 by "upgrading itself" " as Windows 8 OEM seems not to be eligible for "upgrade offer" - what I mean that I have an old winxp machine I could get the upgrade license/cd for but am not sure WILL this upgrade work - even with "delete all stuff" option with this Win8OEM pc ?

Secondly I already installed Office 2010 one of home+office license into this pc. If I succeed in the above will this license still be valid on this pc ?

    Welcome to EightForums.

To upgrade Windows 8 core, you need to use the Pro Pack.

    To upgrade to Pro Pack
    No install files needed.
Only the Upgrade key is need.
    Add Features to Windows 8

    MS Office will be valid.

I did a Win 8 Upgrade over a Win 7, and chose the option to keep programs and data. I thought this would keep Office 2010 running without problems. But when starting Office 2010, a warning came that a system change had been detected and reactivation was required. Luckily I could find the code but...
