Problem In Upgrading to Windows 8

Hello Experts I have a problem during Windows 8 Upgrading.
I have a PC with windows 7 ultimate and now I want to upgrade to windows 8. I have a genuine Windows 8 Product Key so I ran Windows 8 upgrade advisor and after that I went to this link:-

Upgrade to Windows 8 with only a product key - Microsoft Windows

And after downloading The Windows8-Setup.exe I launched it and gave my product key and it accepted it and after I clicked next it showed
"Just A little Bit longer" And after it showed this error message:-

"Windows 8 isn't available for download"
"Sorry, Windows 8 isn't available for online puchase in the country/region you are in.
    "

I can't understand the problem because I live in India and India Is listed in the Windows 8 Privacy Terms and policy.

Yes I have also Tried To do that.... But no luck

It is continuously showing the error message.....
I have also tried using other product keys but the same result

Is it problem of the Windows8-Setup.exe?? Because I have tried The Upgrade Assistant And it works fine without any country or region error But as I have a Genuine Key so I am not buying Win8.

Can anyone give me the official Download link for Win8 Pro Trail so that I can activate it later with my Product key......
    Thanks......

"Sorry, Windows 8 isn't available for online purchase in the country/region you are in."

I don't know about the Win8 Setup utility in the link, but the Upgrade Assistant gives that message when run from a PC that doesn't qualify for the upgrade. I got it when I attempted to buy the upgrade from a PC with the Win8 Enterprise trial version installed. The upgrade deal is available in my country (the USA).

There appears to be something that the setup utility doesn't like about your key, or your Windows 7 installation. I'm not sure whether the key must be an Upgrade key, but that's a possibility. What sort of key is it? How did you acquire it? I suppose that your Windows 7 copy is duly activated.

The only Trial version that I know of for the released version of WIn8 is the 90 day Enterprise trial. That's of no use to you; it has its own internal key, and cannot be activated for permanent use (legally).
