Hello, today I decided to pass on Windows 8 because my laptop is not working properly with Ubuntu (When you turn on or when the charger is on and connected his laptop so restart (P.S. When a car is on and run virtual "VirtualBox" and connect the charger stays lit))

And I would like to know how can I switch from Ubuntu to Windows without using DVD / USB?

P.S. The laptop is Toshiba Satellite A300 PSAG0E.

Not sure I understand the description of your problem. You might be having hardware charger issues (?).

Since you're not upgrading, you need to get the Windows 8 System Builder version (or Windows 8 Pro system builder). I believe DVD is they way you're going to do it. Why do you want to avoid a DVD? I haven't seen any place where Microsoft allows anyone to download an ISO image of the retail install. I'm not sure what these products cost in Romania.
