it is said that loading drivers during setup is only required if the setup cannot find the harddrive.
In attached readme file for the Intel Rapid Storage Technology, see section 5.1.1, it is said that preloading is required for systems configured for AHCI and RAID. I understand that AHCI is the normal case these days. So my interpretation is that preloading is always required. That is different from what is said in the tutorial.
So I am confused about that. What is the correct way?
