No dual boot menu after installing 8 with win 7 home

I did a clean install of the Win 8 Pro upgrade on an unused disc on my wife's Win 7 Home PC. The 8 installation went fine but at reboot, I don't have the option for selecting 'an other OS'. Now, it always boots into 8.

I can go into the BIOS boot order to select the Win 7 disc to load first, but now 7 freezes loading the desktop.

How can I restore Win 7?

Run Stratup Repair.

Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.

You can not use a upgrade to dual boot, a full license is need.

Thanks for the information.

I used the repair disc and it only ran once to remove Win 8 from the boot record. Working like new now.

Thanks again!!
