Solved cant Install win 8, "your pc needs reapair.. ntoskrnl.exe"

Hi there and Happy holidays!

Im trying to install windows 8x64 on a laptop with windows 7x32, I know about the impediments but im trying to make a "clean install" and no an "upgrade"...

ive try with a DvD and with a usb, but on both i get the same error,

"Recovery

Your PC neds to be repaired

The operating system couldn`t be loaded because the kernel is missing or contains errors.

You´ll need to use recovery tools..."

The thing is: I want to format the disk "C:" erasing all previous win7X32 files and make a "clean install" of win8x64, how do i do that?

PD: can I format the partition whit ubuntu, and then install win8 "normally"??

You should be able to format and erase the drive with the install disc or usb. Follow the instructions here.

thats the deal, windows 8 installation cant start and I dont know why so I cant select any option... I just get something like this message http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/getfile/184704 and I dont know what to do :/

Use Partition Wizard Home Edition available for download here. You can format each/any partition (as well as other actions) as needed. Back up all data you wish to keep of course, just in case of unlikely trouble.

I thought you wanted to wipe the whole drive? But what jhawksone said if you want to only format a specific partition.

and well IDK what was that it seems like a Vmachine common problem but anyway... I deed a backup of everything and then formated the whole disk... and nows on, thanks for the help
