Help Needed for buying Windows 8 laptop

Hii I am going to buy new laptop which already have Windows 8 Single Language, English (64bit) pre installed but if i want to buy with Windows 8, English (64bit) then i have to pay around $35 Extra and for Windows 8 Pro, English (64bit) i have to pay $80 extra . So my question is if i will buy laptop with Windows 8 Single Language, English (64bit) or Windows 8, English (64bit) then later can i upgrade it to windows 8 in just $14.99 or free without doing CD installation ?
If i get Windows 8 Media Center Pack and Windows 8 pro for free from Add features - Microsoft Windows then will i able to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro ?

    Thanks in Advance .

PS : Sorry for Bad English .

    Welcome to EightForums.

That would be $14.99 with no DVD & is for upgrading Windows 7.

You would need Windows 8 Pro Pack.

Can a new computer be bought where you live with the old Win7? Here in the USA all I find is all new computers come with win8 preinstalled. all the computers I have bought in past five years have come with the O.S. preinstalled with no install disk. Even when I upgraded a Win7 to a higher level Win7 all I got was a upgrade key no disk.

    Take look at
    Compare Windows 8 Editions
    &
Language Pack - Install or Uninstall in Windows 8

You could find a better deal.
