How do I install on Windows 8 laptop without login?

1st I've nuked my drive on a Samsung laptop because I want to sell it!
2nd I've installed Windows 8Pro. I cannot login to laptop as this would cause problems having to rename account etc...
3rd I need to re-install Samsung recovery tool. The problem is I need to be logged in to install!

    Any Ideas?
    Thanks for your help!

You could login and install what you want--by creating an account called, say, Temporary Administrator. Then, you could provide instructions indicating that the new owner may want to create a new admin account and delete the Temporary Administrator account.

Create a generic sounding LOCAL account, (admin, user, owner, something like that) with no password. Log in, install what you need and you are good to go. Put the account information in the package you send and the new owner can log in with that account, create a new account for him, log in with that one and then delete the original account.
