Language of Windows 8 Digital Distributions

Windows 8 purchased and downloaded from the Microsoft Store is localized to suit a single language, such as Greek, English (US) or English (UK). Unfortunately, the software which downloads Windows 8 does not provide users with an opportunity to choose which.

Over the last few days I have tried to download the US English version without success.

EDIT:
At first I assumed that that WebPrep (one of the programs involved in downloading Windows 8) determines localization based on the language the running operating system was installed in but after installing a fully US version of Windows 7, WebSetup downloaded a English (UK) version of Windows 8. At this point, it seems to me that either 1) the license key or 2) the IP address of the downloading computer is linked to a region (such as Africa, Europe or North America) and the best match for the install language of the running OS is downloaded (US English is converted to UK English).

If anyone knows how to herd WebPrep into downloading the installation in the language of choice, I'd be glad to hear it.

PS: I am aware of Windows 8's ability to install additional languages. For various reasons, that is not what I'm looking for.

Did you make your DVD.

I saved to ISO. It is localized to one language exclusively.

It really depends on the ISO. Some are language specific, and some have all languages like in the screenshot above.

Any idea how to download a "full" ISO?
