You will need one Windows 7 licence for the Windows 7 install.

For the Dual Boot with Windows 8 install, You will need one Windows 7 (WIN XP/Vista) licence & the Windows 8 upgrade licence to install.

You do not need to install the Win XP, but just delete the Win XP install from the PC it is installed on.

If you do not,
You would have NO original software.
