When I set up my Microsoft Account on my new computer using Windows 8 I supplied my current e-mail address. Although the M/S account exists and I can access it I cannot make any changes. I am constantly receiving on-screen messages telling me to validate my e-mail address by accessing the e-mail sent by the account team to the address used when registering. I have never received any e-mail from the team and repeated attempts to have it re-sent have not worked either. The e-mail account used is working for other mail.
The system will not allow me to access other apps such as Calendar, messaging etc.
Any suggestions ?
