Solved Win 8 on volume 2,4?

Yep guys I've installed win8 on my HDD, after that everytime I boot to win I got this screen:

After 5sec it will be boot to win 8 on volume 2. I have no idea why I have too much win 8 on diffrent volume.
Can someone help me fix it?

Yep, first I installed it on SSD.
After that I took 25Gb from my 500Gb HDD to install ubuntu, but I cant dual boot (It automatic boot to ubuntu and i cant change it), so I delete ubuntu (just format it:( ). Then I can not boot to my win 8 on ssd, and because my SSD just 24Gb, not enough for win8 so I remove it, take from HDD 100gb to install on it.
I format everything on SSD, installed on 100gb partition, and I got this

You need to clean the whole of HD Drive, resetup your partitions.
