Transferring Windows 8 from one SSD to Another

I have W8 installed on a 65GB SSD but I would like to soon upgrade my SSD to a 256GB. I would like to know if it would be possible to seamlessly transfer W8 from my current SSD to the new one I purchase while leaving everything intact as if nothing ever happened. Is it possible, or am I pipe dreaming? Thanks in advance.

Intel as a nice software to clone a SSD to another one, probably only work if the destination is an Intel, what brand of SSD is the 240 ?

The 64GB one I currently own is a Crucial. The one I will most likely purchase is a SAMSUNG 830 Series.

if you have not purchase it yet get an Intel 520 series 5 years warranted, it's speak by himself. Samsung ( depending where you live ) can be Pita when it's time to RMA

the Intel migration software( cloning) is here

The last Seagate Hard drive that I bought came with a copy of Acronis which I believe can be used to more OS images.

I have moved the Consumer Preview copy of W8 between drives on the same computer without any activation problems.
